Out of all the housemates nominated this time, Debojit Saha is out of Bigg Boss 2. The winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005 rose to fame after his first album, Debojit. Bigg Boss Awards.
But after being eliminated from another reality show, Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar, his career was not exactly going place.
Debojit had a chance with Bigg Boss 2 to resurrect it, but he did not turn out to be a keen player in the game. After a tiff with Raja, in one of the recent episodes, he was heard saying to Zulfi that Bigg Boss 2 was not for simple people like him. Looks like his words were prophetic.
Rahul Vaidya crowned as the first singing Superstar
He's the only Bigg Boss housemate who hasn't taken sides
“Bigg Boss 2” housemate Diana Hayden has clearly been influencing Debojit Saha (pictured left) to come over on her side in the last few days.
Diana has been desperately trying to woo Debojit into believing her because she knows he is the only odd man out who is not part of any gang on the show.
Diana, Ashutosh and Raja are on one side now with Zulfi, Rahul and Monica on the other. While Rahul hasn't been overtly trying to influence Debojit, Diana's demeanour could get her into trouble again.
But before that one has to wait to see who gets evicted this week.
The House now is left with the two women Monica Bedi and Diana Hayden, and the men Rahul Mahajan, Raja Chaudhary, Ahsutosh Kaushik and Zulfi Syed.

Singer Debojit Saha is out from the house of Bigg Boss Season 2.
Debojit, however, is very happy to be out of the show so close to Diwali, after staying in the house for 69 days.
However, the singer was quite certain that he should be the winner of the Bada Dilwala contest on the reality show.
"A person with the big heart is one who does not get involved in politics and diplomacy. I can proudly say that I was the only person with a big heart in the house (of Bigg Boss Season 2) and people have seen it. Zulfi and I have a good chance of winning the Bada Dilwala contest," Debojit said after his eviction.
Apart from all the politics and back biting within the housemates, Debojit is hoping that after the show wraps up all the contestants will continue to be in touch.

"People can do whatever they like to stay in the show but when we meet outside then we will plan a get together, and organise a party. I expect everyone to keep in touch. Now I will enjoy a lot. Zulfi has become a good friend. I have very few friends and now Zulfi is one of them.

You know the rules of the game, and this week it was the turn of India's singing sensation Debojit Saha. Every evicted housemate so far has had an expression of relief etched on his or her face but not Debojit. He still looked as composed as he was in the house; only the thought of meeting his pregnant wife got him a bit enthused.
On being quizzed about his experiences on Bigg Boss 2, Debojit was extremely candid and said, "I would look back on my stay with satisfaction, as I was one of the very few, if not the only contestant not to be swayed by the ongoing politics in the house." Debojit was absolutely sure that his reputation among his fans would have only enhanced after his stay and stated that his stay must have definitely been a positive influence on the other housemates.
Debojit in his entire stay, never really got into an argument with anyone; always steering away from controversies except once, when Raja and he had an altercation and that was probably the only time he was seen agitated. However, Debojit was quick to clear the air
"It wasn't a full-blown brawl but just a tiny misunderstanding, which was blown way out of proportion," he explained. The singer also expressed his gratitude towards the show for rekindling his childhood passion for painting and for all those tasks involving scripting and acting, which helped him explore another side of his persona that he thought never existed. He even fondly looked back on his friendship with Zulfi and said that Zulfi would be an ideal candidate to win Bigg Boss 2.
In the past week viewers were able to witness Debojit's quirky side, (Mithun and Sambha impersonations). Would he be open to trying out his new-found passion in Bollywood? Debojit smiled, adding, "If the right kind of opportunity knocks on the door, I will grab it with both hands."

Singer Debojit Saha, who was voted out of TV reality show Bigg Boss this week, says that he could have won the show had his co-participants played "a clean game".
“I didn't know the game would be so dirty. I don't think the people there can play a clean game. And if they had, I would have stayed till the end and won,” Debojit told IANS over phone from Mumbai.
The reality show required Debojit to be locked in a specially designed house with celebrity inmates for three months under 24-hour camera surveillance, completely cut off from the outside world.
A past winner of music reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Debojit says that if honesty prevails in the Bigg Boss house, model-actor Zulfi Syed or former Miss World Diana Hayden have a good chance to win.
Otherwise, Rahul Mahajan, son of the late Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former union minister Pramod Mahajan, has a definite chance to win, he said.
“Rahul is very far-sighted. His mind is very sharp and whatever he does, he does with a hidden intention. In the beginning, he started building good relations with each and everyone. And now, he has become a big source of entertainment on the show. The public likes his bubbly nature. The way he jumps around everywhere and the way he flirts with the girls.
“So if the winner is to be chosen on the basis of who makes the show more entertaining, Rahul should win. If it is decided on who is the most honest and neutral, Zulfi or Diana might win,” said Debojit.
Other than these house members, Debojit feels Raja Chaudhary and Ashutosh Kaushik are the most clever and cunning.
“I used to get negative vibes from Ashutosh and Raja. They used to keep backbiting about others. I think Ashutosh was brought on this show only because he could have made the show more 'masaledaar' (spicy). He is a very sharp person but despite staying among celebrities, he did not change the way he is. He never used to stay clean.
“And Raja has extreme mental situations. If he was sweet, he would be extra sweet and the same goes for his arrogance. They (Ashutosh and Raja) both used to backstab,” Debojit said.
Debojit says he is happy that he is out of the game as it would get even more dirty now.
While on the show, he deeply missed his music, wife and parents and made a special mention of having missed the festivals of Durga Puja and Navratri that were celebrated with fervour last month.
“I am blank right now as far as music is concerned. I am forgetting songs and lyrics because I haven't heard any (song) for a long time,” he said.
With Diwali round the corner, Debojit is looking forward to joining his wife in Assam and completing some pending work before he sets back to his music career in full throttle. Bigg Boss Awards.
