Renu goes to meet Vinod to convince him and ask for her son's happiness as dowry in place of his self respect. Vinod's in a dilemma and he gets flashes of Lakshmi's dreams, her happiness and he gives in. He decides to give away his self-respect and calls RV to tell him that he has agreed to his terms.
