There are two reasons for this celebration.
The first: It's Juhi Parmar's birthday, and that's always a reason to party.

The other reason is to celebrate the successful completion of Andrew Symond's task, where he played king and resolved the fights in the house.

The rain dance followed an enactment of Sholay, where the housemates dressed up like the iconic characters in the film, and played out two scenes. One of them included a sexy Mehbooba dance by Sunny Leone.
