Shaleen Malhotra continues shoot after injury!

Arjun aka Shaleen Malhotra of Star Plus’ Arjun injures his ankle but still manages to shoot for the upcoming episodes...

Shaleen Malhotra who plays a brave Arjun in Star Plus' popular show Arjun suffered an injury recently. While shooting for an action sequence in the show, the actor happened to injure his ankle.

Our source says, "Shaleen had to do a jump flying kick in an action sequence on the show. When he jumped to kick, his leg slipped while turning and hurt his ankle. Shaleen got a plaster in his leg but he is still shooting."
When contacted Shaleen, he said, "It is for the first time that I have hurt myself while doing an action scene. My leg is plastered but I did not stop shooting. I did finish shooting for the sequence after suffering the injury because I did not want to leave it incomplete."
So, how is Shaleen managing to shoot with an injured leg? Shaleen says, "I stand up and shoot when I have my scenes and I sit and take rest at the other times. I would like to say that I will soon be back with a bang."
Mrunal Thakur, the new entrant of the show who essays the role of a crime reporter Sakshi Anand, is the first character of Arjun who replies back to him. She wants to know what is making Arjun feel sad every time. She argues with Arjun a lot and she is a happy go lucky girl.
Speaking about shooting with Mrunal, Shaleen says, "She is very young, sweet and a bubbly girl. Shooting with her has been going good. She has entered like a breeze of fresh air. I am sure there is a lot of fun and comedy awaiting the viewers of Arjun in the forthcoming episodes."
