Aamir Khan's upcoming debut TV show on Star Plus, Satyamev Jayate is creating ripples across the nation. The promos currently on-air are gripping as much as intriguing as to what the show is going to be all about. Aamir has maintained it a secret right from the official announcement. However, we hear Aamir's wife, Kiran Rao got annoyed at the idea of shooting at his residence.
A source informs, "Since the birth of their son Azad, Aamir has been usually conducting his meetings at his Bandra residence. So when the team decided to shoot the promos at the residence itself, Kiran got annoyed, the reason being that she is a very private person and doesn't like the entire house to be showcased on national TV."
On the other hand Aamir and his team wanted to shoot promos that were candid and part of the many discussions and meetings that the team's had. Since the show is closest to Aamir's heart they wanted the same to reflect in the promos.
"It was only after Aamir intervened explaining to Kiran how passionate the team was about this that she finally agreed," adds the source.
The show is completely shrouded in mystery. The promos have only added to the buzz and curiosity.
