After churning out successful shows like Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki (Sahara One) and Yahaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli (Zee TV), Rajshri Productions is all set to launch another show on tube (Star Plus). Tellychakkar.com has been following the developments in the show closely and the latest we have learned is that Leena Prabhu has been signed by the makers to play an important role. Leena is currently seen in Rose Audio Music Pvt Ltd’s Dekha Ek Khwaab (Sony Entertainment Television).
Leena will be seen playing the female lead, Pankhuri’s (Disha Parmar) mother. She will be loving, caring and positive in nature. The shooting for the show has already started in Manali and Leena will join the cast from 13 April 2012. She will pair opposite Kuwar Aziz, who was also her co-star in Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai (Star Plus).
Tellychakkar.com contacted Leena Prabhu and she went on to confirm the news and said, “This is my second show with Rajshri Productions after Main Teri Parchhain Hoon and it is like a homecoming for me. I am very excited to be a part of the show but I can’t comment anything about my character as I haven’t started shooting yet.”
