Tulisa Contostavlos, The 'X Factor' judge, is suing her former beau Justin Edwards for 100,000 pounds over leaking their sex tape, allegedly scaring him into silence over the whole issue. She wants damages for breach of confidence and privacy after the video of her performing a sex act went up for sale on the Internet.
