A shocked Vinod tells RV that his self-respect is of utmost importance to him and he cant give it up. Hence he won't agree with RV's conditions.
At the same time, Arjun and Daadi reach the office but they haven't heard anything. After Vinod leaves Daadi and Arjun confront Renu. But here Renu remembers what RV had said, that if she tells anything to Arjun, the marriage won't happens anyway.
