Earlier we saw Karan Wahi and Nitesh Pandey enter Kuch Toh Log Kahenge as Rohan and Armaan to help Dr Nidhi and Dr Ashutosh realise their love for each other. Now Manasi Parekh, who impressed the nation with her singing prowess in Star Ya Rockstar, will enter the show for a cameo to tell Dr Nidhi something else.
Manasi will essay the role of Mandira, Dr Nidhi's NRI cousin who wants Nidhi to realise that her love for Dr Ashutosh will never be acknowledged by the elders of the family.
A source informs, "Manasi is essaying Nidhi's cousin, who has returned from abroad after marrying an older guy. She has been rejected by the family for the same reason and doesn't want Nidhi to go through the same. So she tries to make Nidhi realise that her love for Dr Ashutosh will never be accepted."
