At juvenile home Gautam catches hold of the kid who had given tea to Abhigyan. Shikha is upset as she has lost all evidences against Neela, she reminds the name of Pegasus company. In her public debate show, Tara fires questions on Jairaj. Shikha goes to Pegasus company and meets Sanjay. Gautam and other cops go to farmhouse and catch Prakash in a chase; Praksh calls up some sirjee. Gautam breaks down totally having known the fact sirjee is his own father DCP Jairaj.
Gautam is shattered having heard Jairaj’s voice as sirjee. Shikha tells Yashvardhan that the cheque given for charity was on the name of Shubra and written by the company Pegasus. While cross checking, Jairaj blurts out Prakash's name. Shikha is very happy having confirmed the fact that her father is innocent. In police headquarters Gautam plays the tape recoded by him against Jairaj. Everyone is shocked. Gautam, Abhigyan and Shikha talk about DCP Jairaj. Gautam holds the handcuffs towards Jairaj.
Tonight, Gautam arrests Jairaj. Tara comes there for coverage. Both Shikha and Yashwardhan confront Neela. Gautam and Abhigyan enquire about Bhavik’s report and the report says that milk had poison in it. Gautam goes to meet Jairaj in jail. Abhigyan goes to Bhavik’s colony and gets to know that one night before, someone had come to stay there. They also get information about Matron. Meenakshi sees Abhigyan disguised as vegetable vendor.
