Unlike judges on some of the other music reality shows, the judges on Indian Idol have rarely flown into a fury and attacked each other verbally. Annu Malek does tend to rub the other judges the wrong way sometimes but then they are purely spontaneous reactions and momentary. In a moment the four judges are back to their witty repartees and fun. But the ouster of some of the most talented contestants shocked Annu enough to react violently. He banged the desk and shouted at the lack of voting sense from the public. One of the contestants Bhavya Pandit who celebrated her birthday on the elimination day November 2, a birthday she shares with her judge and supporter Annu Malek was eliminated due to lack of votes. It was not the best birthday gift to receive on her birthday but she should be happy that Annu Malek has promised to give her a song to sing in one of his forthcoming films!
