NDTV Imagine Networks launches NDTV Lumiere channel





NDTV Imagine Networks has launched an 24 hour world cinema channel NDTV Lumiere, which will be available on digital platforms across India. The channel went on air on October 10 at 10 pm.

The initial line up on the channel includes highly films such as, Gone With The Woman (2007), Fratricide (2005), and Good Morning Heartache (2008).

Censor Board objected to six scenes

Elaborating on the movies to be screened, Vaidya said that the prime time on the channel will be 10 pm, where each night of the week will offer a different view of the world. Project Monday offers films from young debutante directors; Tuesdays and Wednesdays focus on Festival Flix, showcasing acclaimed film.

Fashion releasing on October 29


On Thursdays, an edge-of-the-seat thrill is placed with ATW (Action – Thrillers - War). The Friday Lounge brings entertainers to enjoy and on Saturdays viewers can watch latest films on the Saturday Box Office. The Sunday Showcase will feature the crème de la crème of international cinema.
